Loan Repayment Assurance Program Agreement

(LRAP)

Private Party Lender (said here in these Agreements is Hereby called "PPL") written in this Agreement Hereby Agrees to All of the Written Attached, Non-Attached, Terms, Conditions, Instructions and Requests Written in this Loan Repayment Assurance Program Agreement said Herein (written) these Agreements (is Hereby called "LRAP"), including Any Future Addendums, Amendments, etc. by Company (Borrower) whose name is written in this Agreement.

PPL Written in this Agreement Hereby Agrees to "PERFORM" the following Steps:

Step 1: PPL "Hereby" Agrees to use the here in said Specified Portion of the Loan Funds Balance to "Purchase" the "Tools" needed to "Perform" the Terms of the LRAP and have the Gross Loan Amount said in these Agreements "Paid Off" in-Full during the "Term" of this Loan Agreement!

Concerning "ANY" of the "Materials," Ideas, Strategies, Concepts, Designs, Programs, Plans, Business ideas and Opportunities, Financial ideas and Opportunities, Projects, Instructions, etc. "Written" in "Any" and "All" of Herein said "Attached And Non-Attached" "Agreements," "Instructions," "Addendums, Amendments," and Any and All Documents (Including Any Private Party Success Family Lenders Agreements, Any Loan Repayment Assurance Program Agreements, etc.) and Any and All Programs, etc. written in these Agreements, In "Anyway" in which "May" Lead to "Anyone" Operating on their Own (Operating "Outside" of these Herein said Agreements, Without Herein said Company [Borrower] Written Approval and Written Agreement.) and or with Anyone else and or Anything else, etc. in Perpetuity. And Upon (at the time of) Gaining Knowledge of "ANY" of the Materials, Ideas, Strategies, Concepts, Designs, Plans, Financial Opportunities, Business Opportunities, Programs, Projects, etc. written in these Agreements for Any Reason whatsoever in Perpetuity.

All Private Party Lenders and All Parties having Knowledge of "Any" of the "Information" in Herein said Agreements, "Do" "Hereby Agree" the "ONLY" "WAY" to "Advance" and or "Gain" in "ANY-WAY" using ANY of the Herein said Ideas, Strategies, Programs, Plans, Concepts, Designs, Models, Agreements, Loan Repayment Assurance Programs, etc. is through the Herein said Agreements with Herein said Success Family Borrower (Company), by ALL Parties Executing and Performing ALL of the Terms and Conditions written in these Agreements.

All Parties having "Knowledge" of these Agreements (Including All Boomerang Private Party Success Family Lenders, etc.) "Hereby Agrees" and "Authorizes" Borrower (Global Resource Management LLC. Who is also Company Owner) to Place "LIENS" of ANY Type on "Him, Her, Them and or It" (including Monetary, Real Estate Property, Non-Real Estate Properties, Revenue, Tangible and Non-Tangible Assets, Resources, Income, Revenue, Tax, etc.) and "Any" "Entities" or "Individuals" Representing Any Party said Herein, and or Any Others, "if" at anytime "Now" and or in the "Future" "Any Party" does "NOT" "KEEP" the Terms and Conditions of these "No Contest, No Compete" Agreements which is part of the Terms and Conditions of these Agreements, Instructions, Requests, Private Party Success Family Lender Agreements, etc.

Communication

All of the Parties to these Agreements shall use the Email Addresses and Postal Mailing Addresses, etc. written by Private Party Lender in the Online Checkout Section (or Physical Entry Request Sheet at Any "In-Person" Event) of Herein said Website (and by Borrower, in the Borrower information section) to Communicate Electronically and by Physical Postal Mail to each other. Total Agreement

That which is "NOT" written in these Agreements is "NOT" Part of these Agreements and shall "NOT" Apply.
